Oriente Sport delivers by express courier throughout Italy and much of Europe.
Minimum Order: € 20.00 (amount calculated based on the total products in the cart, excluding shipping).

The bulky products in the following categories can only be ordered for shipments within Italy:

  • Hanging bags
  • Freestanding bags
  • Shaped Tools and Water Bags
  • Fall mats
  • Tatami Mats

If you wish to purchase a product from any of these categories for shipping outside of Italy, you can contact us to receive a no-obligation quote.

Shipping fees and delivery time

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination. The shipping cost applies until a certain order amount is reached. Beyond this threshold, shipping is free. You can find these details in the table below.

Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is received or, for orders paid by bank transfer, from the date the transfer is received. Delays may occur due to force majeure events, such as courier strikes.

Oriente Sport does not ship to destinations not listed in the table.

Yes, on the evening of the shipping day, the courier will send an email to the address provided during the order. The email will include a link to track the shipment. Later, the courier will send additional updates regarding the shipment status and when the package is out for delivery.

The courier is authorized to deliver the package only to a person. If the recipient or an authorized person is not available, the delivery cannot be made.

No, the courier delivers exclusively to the entrance of the building and does not offer delivery to the floor.
In such cases, it is essential to contact us immediately so we can initiate the search procedure with the courier. The procedure involves Oriente Sport first requesting the courier’s proof of signature. This way, our staff can check with the buyer if the package was delivered, possibly to a relative or a neighbor, without the recipient’s knowledge. If the search yields no results, the package will be considered stolen, and a report will be filed with the competent authorities. A refund or the shipping of new material may take up to two weeks from the date of the delivery failure report.
In case of a lost shipment, Oriente Sport will initiate a search request with the courier and, if the package is not found, will proceed with a refund or the shipment of a new package to the buyer. The refund or the new shipment may take up to two weeks from the date of the loss report.
