Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, without any obligation to provide a reason.
To initiate the withdrawal process, the dedicated request form must be completed.

Once the request has been received, Oriente Sport will contact the buyer to arrange the return procedures.
Oriente Sport will also send the buyer a return form via email, which must be printed, filled out, and included in the package. Including the filled return form in the package is essential to ensure proper processing at the Oriente Sport warehouse. Packages received without the form cannot be processed, as they cannot be associated with the order.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer can either independently arrange shipment via a postal service or courier of their choice, or request Oriente Sport to collect the product.
If the buyer requests Oriente Sport to collect the product, the shipping cost will be charged to the buyer. The cost can be consulted in this table. The shipping cost is charged regardless of the value of the returned goods.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised under the following conditions:

  • The products must not have been used.
  • The products must not have been washed.
  • The products must not have been customized (e.g., with embroidery or prints).
  • The original packaging must be intact and must include any manuals, components, and/or accessories that are part of the package.
  • The products must be shipped to Oriente Sport within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the return request is submitted.
  • The products must be placed in a package that ensures adequate protection for both the product and its packaging during the return shipment.

If all the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not met, Oriente Sport reserves the right to reject the request. If non-compliant products have already been sent to Oriente Sport, they will be returned to the buyer, who must cover the shipping costs in advance.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method selected for the order.

Item Exchange

There may be instances where an item needs to be exchanged (for example, due to an incorrect size or because the buyer prefers a different model).

There are two ways to request an item exchange:

1) First Method
The first way to request an item exchange is to submit a withdrawal request and specify the desired new item in the return form provided via email by Oriente Sport. The completed form must be included inside the package. In this case, the shipping costs for the delivery of the new product will be covered by the buyer.

Shipping charges apply regardless of the value of the returned item.
If the price of the new item is lower or higher than that of the returned one, the difference will be deducted or added to the shipping cost. If the buyer is entitled to a refund, Oriente Sport will credit the difference using the same payment method selected for the order.

2) Second Method
The second way to request an item exchange is to submit a withdrawal request and place a new order for the item the buyer wishes to receive as a replacement.
In this case, Oriente Sport will handle the process as follows:

  • Issue the refund according to the methods and conditions described in the withdrawal section;
  • Process the new order.

This second method is recommended if the cost of the replacement item exceeds the threshold for free shipping on the new order. In this case, no shipping charges will be applied for the delivery of the new product.

Withdrawal for defective products customization errors

The conditions outlined above for exercising the right of withdrawal do not apply in cases of defective products or customization errors attributable to Oriente Sport. In such cases, shipping and replacement costs will be fully covered by Oriente Sport.
