Terms for Uploading Images, Logos and Graphic Files
By uploading an image, logo or other graphic file for product customization, the customer declares that they are the owner of the relevant rights or that they have obtained all necessary authorizations for its use.
The customer further declares that the uploaded file does not infringe any copyrights, registered trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or any other third-party rights. If the file contains images, names, logos, emblems, symbols, photographs or elements attributable to persons, companies, associations, organizations, federations, sports groups or other third parties, the customer confirms that they have obtained all necessary authorizations for their use.
The uploaded file will be used by Oriente Sport exclusively for the production of the requested customization and for the technical activities strictly connected with the processing of the order. Oriente Sport may make any technical adaptations to the file, such as resizing, cropping, format conversion or other changes necessary for production, without altering its substantial content.
Oriente Sport does not acquire any ownership rights over the content uploaded by the customer and will not use the file for advertising, promotional or other purposes unrelated to the processing of the order, unless otherwise authorized.
The customer is responsible for the quality, legibility and technical suitability of the uploaded file. Any non-optimal results due to low-quality files, insufficient resolution, incorrect proportions or graphics unsuitable for processing may not be attributed to Oriente Sport, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Oriente Sport reserves the right to refuse files that are unsuitable, of insufficient quality, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, contrary to accepted standards of decency or potentially harmful to third-party rights.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the content of the uploaded file and for its use for the requested customization. The customer also undertakes to indemnify and hold Oriente Sport harmless from any claim, dispute, damage, cost or demand made by third parties in relation to the uploaded file or to the customization created using that file.
The customer acknowledges that products made to order, personalized or produced according to the customer’s specific instructions are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
