Protection: The SMAI WKF Karate Glove guarantees protection to the back of the hand and knuckles during the practice of karate kumite, ensuring safety during training and competitions.
Coating: Made with a soft PU coating, the glove is designed not to irritate the skin, while being extremely resistant and tear-proof.
Padding: The pre-formed padding is very light and maintains its shape even after prolonged use. The density is designed to offer optimal protection to the hand without hindering movements, including the parrying movements typical of kumite.
Closure: The glove is secured to the hand via elastic rings for the fingers and a larger elastic with velcro closure that wraps around the wrist, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.
Approval: Product approved by the World Karate Federation (WKF). It is suitable for all international WKF competitions and, in Italy, for FIJLKAM and Promotion Bodies competitions that adopt WKF regulations.
