Ring and tatami cover sheets
We make custom walk-on cover sheets to order, suitable as ring covers or tatami covers.
The walk-on covers are available in two versions, made from different materials:
- PVC
- Woven Polyester
PVC walk-on cover
PVC has the advantage of being waterproof, practical and easy to clean. During intense training sessions, it may become slightly more slippery due to sweat, but its smooth surface makes it easy to sanitise: it does not absorb liquids and requires very little maintenance, ensuring an environment that is always tidy, clean, and functional.
Woven polyester walk-on cover
Woven polyester offers consistent grip and maintains good traction even when damp. Although it absorbs sweat and requires more thorough cleaning than PVC, it provides greater stability and is particularly suitable for use on rings.
Colours
Several colours are available and can be selected from those shown below.
Fastening and stability
The stability of the cover on the ring is ensured by eyelets positioned all around the outer perimeter, approximately every 30 cm, so that it can be secured with cord or elastic and kept properly tensioned.
The same solution can also be used for tatami; in this case, however, an external structure (made of metal or wood) is required in order to anchor and tension the elastics. Oriente Sport does not supply this structure, which must be purchased separately.
Custom-made ring covers with corner post cut-outs
Ring covers and tatami covers can be made to measure, according to specific requirements. For the ring, it is also possible to provide cuts or slots aligned with the four corner posts, to ensure precise positioning, as well as Velcro strips to which the ring aprons can be attached. To proceed with the order, please provide us with the detailed measurements.
Printing
We do not print on the walk-on cover.
Production times
Production times vary depending on the size. As a guideline, they range from 15 to 30 days from order confirmation. In any case, we always try to ensure the shortest possible lead times.
