How does our customization service work?
- Request and Quote
Upon receiving your request, we will send you a detailed quote, including the cost and the minimum order quantity required (usually starting from 200 pieces). If you already have a sample of the uniform or belt you wish to produce, this will help expedite the initial phase. - Sample Creation
Once the quote is approved, we will create a graphic draft for your approval. After receiving your confirmation, we will proceed with the production of a physical sample of the uniform or belt. This step is essential to ensure that the final product fully meets your expectations. The sample cost will be communicated in advance and, if the final order is confirmed, will be deducted from the total supply price. - Final Production and Delivery Times
After the sample is approved, we will begin producing the complete order. Production times may vary depending on the type and features of the requested uniform or belt, but we will provide precise information in advance and keep you updated on the progress to ensure maximum transparency.

- For the complete order:
- 50% of the total upon order confirmation
- 50% balance before the shipment of the ready goods
