Custom Martial Arts Patches

In addition to embroidery on martial arts uniforms and belts, we offer the option to create custom patches for judogi and karategi.
Our patches come in two types to meet the needs of associations, sports teams, and Federations.

Embroidered Patches

These patches are designed for high-quality karategi or judogi. Crafted with superior embroidery, they are built to withstand wear and tear while maintaining a flawless appearance even after numerous washes.
The adhesive backing allows for easy heat application, for example, using an iron directly on the uniform. The patch shape is fully customizable, there’s no need to stick to standard models like circles or squares.

How it works:

  1. Design Submission: Send us the design you want to create.
  2. Quote and Sample Image: We will send you a quote and a preview of the patch sample.
  3. Production: After your confirmation, we’ll proceed with production.

    • Minimum order quantity: 100 pieces

Pre-made Printed Patches

For those seeking a more budget-friendly solution, we offer printed patches on pre-made fabric supports. This option ensures an effective visual result at a lower cost compared to embroidered patches.

Patch Formats Available:

  • Round: 9 cm diameter
  • Rectangular: 10 x 6,5 cm

The patches are made of white polyester with an embroidered border for an elegant finish.

How it works:

  1. Design Submission: Send us your design and indicate whether you prefer a round or rectangular shape.
  2. Quote and Mockup: We will provide a quote and, upon request, a graphic mockup of the patch.
  3. Production: Once confirmed, we will proceed with the production.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum order quantity:
    • Round: 14 pieces (and multiples of 14)
    • Rectangular: 15 pieces (and multiples of 15)
  • Production time: 5-7 days

FAQ

No, we do not apply patches directly to the uniforms. Since they are made of polyester, they do not shrink, unlike most cotton or cotton-blend uniforms. For this reason, we recommend washing the uniform before applying the patch to avoid fabric puckering or rippling, ensuring a smooth and uniform final result.

To ensure optimal results, the file you provide should meet the following requirements:

  • Recommended format: Vector file (e.g., .AI, .SVG, or .EPS)
  • Alternative: High-resolution image

We cannot create custom patches or embroidery from low-quality images, as this would compromise the final precision.

Yes, upon request, we create custom rubber patches with embossed designs, perfect for a modern and striking visual effect. Contact us to receive a no-obligation quote, specifying your desired design and features.
Yes, we can create velcro patches. In this case, the patch has a soft velcro backing and comes with a rough velcro piece that can be attached to the garment (or bag).
We can create patches of any size up to 20-22 cm.

Terms for Uploading Images, Logos and Graphic Files

By uploading an image, logo or other graphic file for product customization, the customer declares that they are the owner of the relevant rights or that they have obtained all necessary authorizations for its use.

The customer further declares that the uploaded file does not infringe any copyrights, registered trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or any other third-party rights. If the file contains images, names, logos, emblems, symbols, photographs or elements attributable to persons, companies, associations, organizations, federations, sports groups or other third parties, the customer confirms that they have obtained all necessary authorizations for their use.

The uploaded file will be used by Oriente Sport exclusively for the production of the requested customization and for the technical activities strictly connected with the processing of the order. Oriente Sport may make any technical adaptations to the file, such as resizing, cropping, format conversion or other changes necessary for production, without altering its substantial content.

Oriente Sport does not acquire any ownership rights over the content uploaded by the customer and will not use the file for advertising, promotional or other purposes unrelated to the processing of the order, unless otherwise authorized.
The customer is responsible for the quality, legibility and technical suitability of the uploaded file. Any non-optimal results due to low-quality files, insufficient resolution, incorrect proportions or graphics unsuitable for processing may not be attributed to Oriente Sport, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Oriente Sport reserves the right to refuse files that are unsuitable, of insufficient quality, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, contrary to accepted standards of decency or potentially harmful to third-party rights.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the content of the uploaded file and for its use for the requested customization. The customer also undertakes to indemnify and hold Oriente Sport harmless from any claim, dispute, damage, cost or demand made by third parties in relation to the uploaded file or to the customization created using that file.

The customer acknowledges that products made to order, personalized or produced according to the customer’s specific instructions are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
