Custom Martial Arts Patches
In addition to embroidery on martial arts uniforms and belts, we offer the option to create custom patches for judogi and karategi.
Our patches come in two types to meet the needs of associations, sports teams, and Federations.
Embroidered Patches
These patches are designed for high-quality karategi or judogi. Crafted with superior embroidery, they are built to withstand wear and tear while maintaining a flawless appearance even after numerous washes.
The adhesive backing allows for easy heat application, for example, using an iron directly on the uniform. The patch shape is fully customizable, there’s no need to stick to standard models like circles or squares.
How it works:
- Design Submission: Send us the design you want to create.
- Quote and Sample Image: We will send you a quote and a preview of the patch sample.
- Production: After your confirmation, we’ll proceed with production.

- Minimum order quantity: 100 pieces
- Payment: Prepaid upon order confirmation
- Production time: 25-30 days
Pre-made Printed Patches
For those seeking a more budget-friendly solution, we offer printed patches on pre-made fabric supports. This option ensures an effective visual result at a lower cost compared to embroidered patches.
Patch Formats Available:
- Round: 9 cm diameter
- Rectangular: 10 x 6,5 cm
The patches are made of white polyester with an embroidered border for an elegant finish.
How it works:
- Design Submission: Send us your design and indicate whether you prefer a round or rectangular shape.
- Quote and Mockup: We will provide a quote and, upon request, a graphic mockup of the patch.
- Production: Once confirmed, we will proceed with the production.

- Round: 14 pieces (and multiples of 14)
- Rectangular: 15 pieces (and multiples of 15)
- Production time: 5-7 days

To ensure optimal results, the file you provide should meet the following requirements:
- Recommended format: Vector file (e.g., .AI, .SVG, or .EPS)
- Alternative: High-resolution image
We cannot create custom patches or embroidery from low-quality images, as this would compromise the final precision.
