After washing, the judogi will undergo shrinkage: approximately 2 cm in length (jacket and pants, measurements B and D), 1,5 cm per sleeve (measurement A, totaling 3 cm), and 1 cm in width (jacket, measurement C).

Essimo judogis have a slightly smaller fit compared to other IJF judogis: for athletic builds, we recommend choosing a half size larger than the height stated on the judogi, while for stocky/robust builds, we suggest going up a full size, as shown in the table.
